Dyno Climbing Centre
We are a friendly climbing centre open to all ages and abilities. We have a roped climbing wall suitable for top rope and leading as well as a boulder room, both feature an array of climbing routes varying in styles, angles and difficulty.
With free on-site parking, a café serving a range of drinks, snacks and more, a viewing balcony, accessible toilets with baby changing facilities and a book corner. There’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained.

Sessions...
Taster Session
An instructed session to try out the ropes and start your climbing journey, kit hire included.
1 person £25 – 1 hour
2 people £40 – 1 hour
3 people £55 – 1 hour
4 people £67 – 1.5 hours
Additional participants will be charged at £12 per person.
Introduction to Climbing £95
2 x 1.5hour instructed sessions for 2 people including kit hire. In these sessions your instructor will cover the fundamentals to be an independent and competent climber. Learn the basics of climbing, tying-in, belaying and basic climbing techniques to get you started on your climbing journey.
Refresher Session £55
An instructed 2-hour session designed to get you and your climbing partner back on the ropes. Perfect for those who have had some time away from climbing, prior experience and knowledge of belaying and tying-in is essential.
Learn to Lead £125
Are you ready to take the step from top rope to lead climbing? Learn the fundamentals of safe lead climbing including safe clipping techniques, efficient clipping positions, and effective lead belaying. Delivered over 2x 2-hour sessions for you and your climbing partner, all equipment included.
Coaching
We offer bespoke coaching tailored to develop your climbing technique and progress towards your goals. Delivered either on an individual or group basis. 1 person - £35 per hour
Additional participants will be charged at £30 per person. 15% discount for 6-week programmes.
Young Climbers...
Thursday 4-5pm, age 4-7
Saturday 11.30-12.30pm, age 6+
Tuesday and Friday, 10-11am
Birthday Parties
We offer 3 different birthday packages:
- Boulder room only party, for all ages, 10 children at £100, £10 per head on top, Max 16.
- Roped climbing wall and bouldering instructor led party, for ages 7+, up to 8 children £150
- Roped climbing wall and bouldering instructor led party, for ages 7+, up to 12 children £190
All party session are 1.5 hours long with 30 mins in the café area after. We provide squash, cups and plates and you’re welcome to bring any party food and cake.
